Ensure that the DSL light is full on ( Steady Green Light )
Ensure that the POWER light is full on ( Stead Green Light )
Depending on the Model, you may have an INTERNET light.  If present, ensure that light is full on ( Steady Green Light ).

The LAN light should be flashing ( Which indicates that there is Data passing through, or at least attempting )

If the DSL light are off or flashing, you will not get any internet access.
Look at the power light, and make sure that is on solid.
Check the cable between the BT Openreach white box and the phone socket, and if necessary, unplug the cable from both the wall socket and plug it back in again.

If the POWER light is off, please check your power supply cable, and if necessary switch off from the wall plug and wait 15 minutes before switching back on again.  When you switch back on again, you will need to leave it alone for 15 minutes to allow it to get started, say hello to the local cabinet, handshake, and tell the exchange who you are, and get you logged in.

We supply 3 different Internet systems, and depending on which one you have, is a different procedure
