If you have your email service via our Office365 offering, you will be able to initiate a password reset, by following this link... https://outlook.office.com and enter your email address. on the next stage, click reset password, and follow the prompts.
You will need your Mobile phone app, Microsoft Authenticator, in order to process the password reset.
If you have your email service via our hosted email offering, you will need to contact us via the approved method you was advised of when you took out the service. We take security very seriously, therefore we only accept assistance requests for these credentials & password reset's via the previous agreed methods.
