If you are using our Office365 offering, you will be able to change your password from only within your company work premises.  This will also change your network login password also.  It will take around 1Hour to have the password replicate throughout your work's systems and Microsoft Outlook Servers.

If you are using our Hosted email service, you will need to contact us via the approved methods, and we will ask security questions about what we know about you & do a face to face video call ( via FaceTime / Zoom / WhatsApp / Teams / Signal ) to further confirm your identity.  We will then be able to allow you to change your password.
